PARTNER PROGRAM

This agreement sets out the terms and conditions that apply to Partners of Rudenko Photography.

Definitions
‘Partner’ is an individual or organization approved by Rudenko Photography to refer Clients under this agreement. ‘Client’ is the individual or organization for whom the photoshoot is booked. ‘Voucher Code’ is the code issued to the Partner upon approval. ‘Completed Booking’ is a photoshoot that has taken place and has been paid in full by the Client. ‘Commission’ is the amount paid by Rudenko Photography to the Partner for a Completed Booking.

Approval
Participation is subject to approval by Rudenko Photography. By participating, the Partner agrees to this agreement. The applicable commission and client discount are agreed directly with the Partner. The Partner is responsible for providing accurate and complete details and for keeping these details current.

Voucher Code and Dashboard
Once the Partner is approved, the Partner will receive a voucher code and access to a dashboard to track the commission balance. The voucher code is issued to the Partner and may not be transferred, resold, or published on discount, coupon, or cashback platforms.

Booking Process
Bookings must be made directly through the Rudenko Photography website and include the Partner’s voucher code during checkout. The Partner may not accept bookings or payments on behalf of Rudenko Photography.

Client Discount
The agreed discount applies to bookings made with the Partner’s voucher code. The voucher code cannot be applied retroactively. The discount cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions unless expressly stated otherwise and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Partner Commission
A Completed Booking generates the agreed commission. Commission is automatically transferred in euros to the bank account provided by the Partner within 10 working days. No invoice is required. The Partner is responsible for keeping their payment details current and for any tax obligations that apply to them. The Partner may not use their voucher code for their own bookings.

Cancellations and Refunds
Bookings made by Clients are subject to the Terms and Conditions and the Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy. Canceled or refunded bookings do not generate commission. If a booking is canceled or refunded after the commission has been paid, Rudenko Photography may reclaim that amount or deduct it from a future commission.

Promotion and Brand Use
The Partner may recommend Rudenko Photography and use the marketing materials provided for this purpose. These materials remain the property of Rudenko Photography and may not be changed without permission. The Partner must not misrepresent the partnership or present themselves as acting for Rudenko Photography, run paid advertising using the Rudenko Photography name without permission, or promote the partnership through spam or alongside unlawful content. Where the Partner promotes Rudenko Photography on social media or other public channels, the commercial relationship must be clearly disclosed in accordance with applicable advertising rules.

Relationship
The Partner acts independently, bears their own costs of participation, and is not authorized to enter into agreements or make commitments on behalf of Rudenko Photography, including commitments regarding pricing, availability, services, or booking terms.

Personal Data
To administer the partner program, Rudenko Photography processes the Partner’s contact and payment details, including bank account details. The processing of personal data is subject to the Privacy Policy.

Liability
A booking made without the Partner’s voucher code is not automatically attributed to the Partner. Rudenko Photography is not liable for temporary unavailability of the dashboard or booking system. If a referral can otherwise be verified, any applicable commission remains payable.

Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement immediately without prior notice. Bookings made before termination remain eligible for commission and will be paid once they qualify as a Completed Booking. The Partner’s voucher code will be deactivated upon termination, and bookings made afterwards will not generate commission.

Applicable Law
This agreement is governed by Dutch law.

Changes
This agreement may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active Partners by e-mail and will apply to future bookings. Bookings made before a change remain subject to the terms that applied at the time.
