CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY

This Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy explains when a photoshoot can be canceled or rescheduled, what happens to the €50 deposit, and how to submit a cancellation request. It forms part of the Terms and Conditions.

Rescheduling
To reschedule, book a new available slot online. A €50 payment is required to secure it.

You can reschedule without extra cost within 24 hours of booking or at least 14 days before your photoshoot. In that case, any amount already paid or covered by a gift card carries over, and the additional €50 is refunded.

If you reschedule later, the original €50 deposit is nonrefundable. The new €50 payment becomes the deposit for the rescheduled booking. Any remaining amount already paid or covered by a gift card carries over.

Weather Conditions
If I confirm that the weather makes the photoshoot impractical, you can reschedule without extra cost or move the photoshoot to a professional indoor venue. You arrange and pay for the venue.

Light rain is usually not a problem. A stylish umbrella can add a distinctly Dutch feel to the photos.

Late Arrival
If you are up to 30 minutes late, I will continue with the photoshoot for the remaining time. If you are more than 30 minutes late, the photoshoot is canceled and the €50 deposit is nonrefundable. Any amount above €50 is refunded.

Canceling
You can cancel your photoshoot with a full refund within 24 hours of booking or at least 30 days before it starts. If you cancel later, the €50 deposit is nonrefundable. Any amount above €50 is refunded.

Cancellation Requests
Cancellation requests must be sent by e-mail to info@rudenko-photography.com.

Refund
I process any refund due within 1 working day after the cancellation is confirmed. How long the refund takes to arrive depends on the payment method used.

If a gift card was used, any refundable amount is returned to the payment method used to purchase the gift card, not to the gift card itself.

Changes
This policy may be updated from time to time. The version in effect when you make your booking applies to that booking. The date above shows when this page was last updated.
