BOOKING
Everything you need to know to book your photoshoot seamlessly.
I offer the following photoshoots, which you can tailor to your preferences at checkout:
I shoot digital photo sessions on a medium format camera with cinematic settings, delivering a true film aesthetic straight from camera.
Analog is a different experience. A roll of film is loaded into a vintage camera, and the photos only reveal themselves once developed and scanned.
Select the ‘Analog Photofilm’ add-on at checkout to enjoy both digital and analog photos in one package!
The booking calendar shows my actual availability. You can pick any available slot that suits you.

To book your photoshoot a €50 deposit is required. You can easily pay this deposit during checkout using any of the following payment methods:

- MasterCard

- iDeal
After your photoshoot, you can pay the remaining amount with tap to pay or a secure payment link.
Your photoshoot gift card contains a unique code you can apply during checkout under the voucher code tab. The value of your photoshoot gift card will be applied toward the checkout total.

Absolutely! You will experience an at ease approach and get tips and guidance, allowing you to comfortably enjoy your photoshoot without worrying about posing for the camera.
Definitely! I will thoughtfully suggest a picturesque area where I can utilize natural light and iconic backdrops to craft cinematic portraits, capturing your story as it organically unfolds. If we choose to explore an alternative area together, I will adapt to the lighting conditions and surroundings as we discover them.
Every type of light has its own beauty, and reading and shaping it is part of my craft. Your portraits will reflect the same quality and atmosphere you see throughout my portfolio, regardless of the time of day.
I don’t photograph in crowded areas, nor do I recommend them. Amsterdam’s streets are public spaces, so some presence of others is unavoidable, but weekdays tend to be noticeably quieter than weekends.
To deliver an authentic photography experience, I do not host photoshoots at residential locations, and work exclusively in outdoor settings or professional venues.
Feel free to change outfits during the photoshoot! I will share helpful outfit suggestions to help you get the most out of your authentic photo session.
Whether you choose to have your make-up and hairdo done is entirely up to preference.
Of course! Being photographed together with your pet is a fantastic idea! Just in case you wondered, no additional costs will be charged.
Certainly! Since I host multiple photoshoots during the day, I recommend that you align on any extensions in advance.
The photo session can also be shortened if needed, though the full hourly rate still applies, as the price reflects more than just the time behind the camera.
Please, be on time.
If you are late for up to 30 minutes, we will continue with the photoshoot for the remaining time.
If you are late for more than 30 minutes, the photoshoot will be canceled, and the €50 deposit becomes nonrefundable.
FOLLOW-UP

Certainly! You can download all the photos created during your photoshoot. The number of photos included in your package depends on your photoshoot type.
Extending the duration of your photoshoot adds more photos to your package. In addition to the number of photos included in your package, you can download extra photos at €7 each.
You can download all your photos in just 5 days after you have paid the remaining amount. Select the ‘Priority Delivery’ add-on at checkout to download all your quality photos in just 1 day!
Please note that turnaround may be slightly longer during peak season, public holidays and weekends.
I don’t edit the photos. Instead of post-editing, I manually tailor my camera, lenses, and settings to capture a film-like aesthetic with cinematic warmth. This camera-based approach ensures each photo remains natural and authentic, true to the moment.
Part of this signature look comes from the artistic lens I use, which adds a painterly quality with subtle vignetting, swirly bokeh, and natural soft focus. On sunny days, you may also notice gentle glare or halo. These aren’t flaws; they’re what gives the portraits their cinematic feel, and they can’t be removed in editing.
If you’re self-conscious about something, please let me know, so I can be sensitive to that during your photoshoot.
Of course! You can have your photos professionally printed directly from your gallery and delivered for free with express courier service.
Plus, remember to use the €25 print credit included in your photoshoot package.
Absolutely! Select the ‘Extended Gallery’ add-on at checkout to extend access to your gallery from 1 month to 1 year, and get 5 free photos!
The photos may be featured in my portfolio, such as on Instagram or my website. If you prefer the photos not to be featured, you can withdraw your consent at any time.
CHANGES
Plans can change, here’s how to adjust your booking with ease.
If it rains heavily, your photoshoot can be rescheduled or moved indoors. Light rain is not an issue; bringing a stylish umbrella adds that unique Dutch vibe to your photos.
To reschedule free of charge, book a new slot within 24 hours of booking or up to 14 days before your photoshoot. The €50 deposit will be deducted from the remaining amount.
Rescheduling after this period requires booking a new slot with a €50 deposit.
You can cancel your photoshoot free of charge within 24 hours of booking or up to 30 days before it starts. In all other circumstances, the €50 deposit becomes nonrefundable.
Cancellation requests must be submitted by e-mail at info@rudenko-photography.com. No rights can be derived from requests that have not been made by e-mail.
You will be refunded within 1 working day of receiving your cancellation request. The time it takes for the refund to be credited depends on the used payment method.
