Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Standard Cancellation Policy
You can receive a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours or 14 days of booking, but not less than 30 days before the photoshoot is scheduled to start. In all other circumstances, the full refund is reduced with the deposit amount of €50.

Cancellations due to Weather
If the weather creates a safety concern during the photoshoot, the photoshoot may be rescheduled or held indoors.

Cancellations due to an Emergency
A full refund may also be possible if you have to cancel because of an unexpected circumstance that’s out of your control. Before you cancel, check that your circumstance is included in the list below and that you can provide the required documentation.

Circumstances that require documentation: death, unexpected serious illness or injury, government-mandated obligations, transportation disruptions.

Circumstances that require special review: natural disasters, terrorist activity, and civil/political unrest, epidemic disease or illness, travel restrictions, safety, and security threat advisories, changes to visa or passport requirements.

You can reschedule your photoshoot date or time within 24 hours of booking or up to 14 days before the photoshoot is scheduled to start. In all other circumstances, an additional amount of €50 will apply.

If you reschedule a photoshoot, the cancellation policy is based on the original booking time and the photoshoot’s initial start date.

Requests Submission
Cancellation and reschedule requests must be submitted by e-mail at [email protected]. No rights can be derived from requests that have not been made by e-mail.
