PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT
This agreement describes the terms and conditions for participation in the Rudenko Photography Partner Program.
Definitions
‘Partner’ is an individual or organization approved to participate in the Rudenko Photography Partner Program. ‘Client’ is the party, either an individual or an organization, for which the photoshoot is rendered. ‘Commission’ is the amount paid by Rudenko Photography to the Partner for a completed booking.
Voucher Code and Dashboard
Once the Partner’s application is approved, the Partner will receive a personal voucher code and access to a dashboard to track the commission balance.
Client Discount
A booking generates a discount when the Client enters the Partner’s voucher code during booking. Once the Client pays the deposit, the discount is applied to the remaining amount. This discount is not applicable in combination with other promotions.
Partner Commission
A booking generates commission when the Client enters the Partner’s voucher code during booking. Once the Client pays the remaining amount, Rudenko Photography will transfer the commission to the Partner’s bank account within 10 working days. Canceled or refunded bookings do not generate commission.
Marketing
The Partner may use marketing materials provided by Rudenko Photography but shall not modify them. The Partner does not acquire any trademark, copyright, or other rights to these materials. The Partner shall not imply acting on behalf of Rudenko Photography, advertise Rudenko Photography services directly, or bid on advertisements that compete with Rudenko Photography.
Representation
The Partner shall not misrepresent themselves, Rudenko Photography, or the partnership. The Partner shall not distribute spam or inappropriate advertisements, or advertise on sites containing illegal content while mentioning Rudenko Photography.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement immediately without prior notice. Upon termination, Rudenko Photography will transfer any outstanding commission to the Partner within 10 working days. No commission will be paid for bookings made after termination.
Changes
This partnership agreement may be updated from time to time. Please, regularly check this agreement to ensure that you are aware of the most recent version.
