Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

This cancellation and rescheduling policy describes under which circumstances and conditions a photoshoot can be canceled or rescheduled and how requests should be submitted.

Rescheduling
To reschedule free of charge, book a new slot within 24 hours of booking or up to 14 days before your photoshoot. The €50 deposit will be deducted from the remaining amount. Rescheduling after this period requires booking a new slot with a €50 deposit.

Weather Conditions
If it rains heavily, your photoshoot can be rescheduled or moved indoors. Light rain is not an issue; bringing a stylish umbrella adds that unique Dutch vibe to your photos.

Late Arrival
If you are late for up to 30 minutes, we will continue with the photoshoot for the remaining time. If you are late for more than 30 minutes, the photoshoot will be canceled, and the €50 deposit becomes nonrefundable.

Canceling
You can cancel your photoshoot free of charge within 24 hours of booking or up to 30 days before it starts. In all other circumstances, the €50 deposit becomes nonrefundable.

Request Submission
Cancellation requests must be submitted by e-mail at: info@rudenko-photography.com. No rights can be derived from requests that have not been made by e-mail.

Refund
You will be refunded within 1 working day of receiving your cancellation request. The time it takes for the refund to be credited depends on the used payment method.

This cancellation and rescheduling policy may be updated from time to time. Please, regularly check this policy to ensure that you are aware of the most recent version.
