Dit annulerings- en verzettingsbeleid beschrijft onder welke omstandigheden en voorwaarden een fotoshoot kan worden geannuleerd of verzet en hoe verzoeken moeten worden ingediend.<\/p>\r\n

Verzetten<\/b><\/strong>\r\nOm kosteloos te verzetten, boek een nieuw tijdslot binnen 24 uur na het boeken of tot 14 dagen voor aanvang van je fotoshoot. De aanbetaling van \u20ac50 wordt verrekend met het resterende bedrag. Verzetten na deze periode vereist het boeken van een nieuw tijdslot met een aanbetaling van \u20ac50.<\/p>\r\n

Weersomstandigheden<\/b><\/strong>\r\nAls het hard regent, kan je fotoshoot worden verzet of binnenshuis plaatsvinden. Lichte regen vormt geen probleem; het meenemen van een stijlvolle paraplu voegt die unieke Hollandse sfeer toe aan je foto’s.<\/p>\r\n

Te laat komen<\/b><\/strong>\r\nAls je maximaal 30 minuten te laat bent, kunnen we doorgaan met de fotoshoot in de resterende tijd. Als je meer dan 30 minuten te laat bent, wordt de fotoshoot geannuleerd en de aanbetaling van \u20ac50 niet terugbetaald.<\/p>\r\n

Annuleren<\/b><\/strong>\r\nJe kunt je fotoshoot binnen 24 uur na het boeken of tot 30 dagen voor aanvang kosteloos annuleren. In alle andere gevallen wordt de aanbetaling van \u20ac50 niet terugbetaald.<\/p>\r\n

Verzoek indienen<\/b><\/strong>\r\nAnnuleringsverzoeken dienen per e-mail te worden ingediend via: info@rudenko-photography.com<\/a> Er kunnen geen rechten worden ontleend aan verzoeken die niet per e-mail zijn ingediend.<\/p>\r\n

Terugbetaling<\/b><\/strong>\r\nJe wordt binnen 1 werkdag na ontvangst van je annuleringsverzoek terugbetaald. Hoe lang het duurt voordat de terugbetaling is bijgeschreven, hangt af van de gebruikte betaalmethode.<\/p>\r\n

Beleidswijzigingen<\/b><\/strong>\r\nDit annulerings- en verzettingsbeleid kan van tijd tot tijd worden bijgewerkt.
