The \u20ac50 deposit will be deducted from the remaining amount. Rescheduling after this period requires booking a new slot with a \u20ac50 deposit.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong class=\"orange\"><b>Weather Conditions<\/b><\/strong>\r\nIf it rains heavily, your photoshoot can be rescheduled or moved indoors. Light rain is not an issue; bringing a stylish umbrella adds that unique Dutch vibe to your photos.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong class=\"orange\"><b>Late Arrival<\/b><\/strong>\r\nIf you are late for up to 30 minutes, we will continue with the photoshoot for the remaining time. If you are late for more than 30 minutes, the photoshoot will be canceled, and the \u20ac50 deposit becomes nonrefundable.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong class=\"orange\"><b>Canceling<\/b><\/strong>\r\nYou can cancel your photoshoot free of charge within 24 hours of booking or up to 30 days before it starts. In all other circumstances, the \u20ac50 deposit becomes nonrefundable.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong class=\"orange\"><b>Request Submission<\/b><\/strong>\r\nCancellation requests must be submitted by e-mail at: <a style=\"color: #c48f56;\" href=\"mailto:info@rudenko-photography.com\">info@rudenko-photography.com<\/a>. No rights can be derived from requests that have not been made by e-mail.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong class=\"orange\"><b>Refund<\/b><\/strong>\r\nYou will be refunded within 1 working day of receiving your cancellation request. The time it takes for the refund to be credited depends on the used payment method.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong class=\"orange\"><b>Policy Changes<\/b><\/strong>\r\nThis cancellation and rescheduling policy may be updated from time to time.
