It forms part of the <a style=\"color: #bc8a53;\" href=\"https:\/\/rudenko-photography.com\/en\/terms-conditions\/\">Terms and Conditions.<\/a><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Last updated: 21 August 2026<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b><strong class=\"orange\">Rescheduling<\/strong><\/b>\r\nTo reschedule, book a new available slot online. A \u20ac50 payment is required to secure it.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">You can reschedule without extra cost within 24 hours of booking or at least 14 days before your photoshoot. In that case, any amount already paid or covered by a gift card carries over, and the additional \u20ac50 is refunded.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">If you reschedule later, the original \u20ac50 deposit is nonrefundable. The new \u20ac50 payment becomes the deposit for the rescheduled booking. Any remaining amount already paid or covered by a gift card carries over.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b><strong class=\"orange\">Weather Conditions<\/strong><\/b>\r\nIf I confirm that the weather makes the photoshoot impractical, you can reschedule without extra cost or move the photoshoot to a professional indoor venue. You arrange and pay for the venue.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Light rain is usually not a problem. A stylish umbrella can add a distinctly Dutch feel to the photos.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b><strong class=\"orange\">Late Arrival<\/strong><\/b>\r\nIf you are up to 30 minutes late, I will continue with the photoshoot for the remaining time. If you are more than 30 minutes late, the photoshoot is canceled and the \u20ac50 deposit is nonrefundable. Any amount above \u20ac50 is refunded.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b><strong class=\"orange\">Canceling<\/strong><\/b>\r\nYou can cancel your photoshoot with a full refund within 24 hours of booking or at least 30 days before it starts. If you cancel later, the \u20ac50 deposit is nonrefundable. Any amount above \u20ac50 is refunded.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b><strong class=\"orange\">Cancellation Requests<\/strong><\/b>\r\nCancellation requests must be sent by e-mail to <a style=\"color: #bc8a53;\" href=\"mailto:info@rudenko-photography.com\">info@rudenko-photography.com<\/a>.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b><strong class=\"orange\">Refund<\/strong><\/b>\r\nI process any refund due within 1 working day after the cancellation is confirmed. How long the refund takes to arrive depends on the payment method used.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">If a gift card was used, any refundable amount is returned to the payment method used to purchase the gift card, not to the gift card itself.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b><strong class=\"orange\">Changes<\/strong><\/b>\r\nThis policy may be updated from time to time. The version in effect when you make your booking applies to that booking.
